This opportunity is open to candidates with or without prior sales experience who are passionate about the food industry and eager to grow in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the B2B food ingredients market
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Support business development activities across the food industry
Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams
Achieve sales targets and budget objectives
Candidate Profile
Degree in Food Technology
Good communication and interpersonal skills
English-speaking

Your Role & Responsibilities
Join our Team - Caremoli S.p.A. Italy
To strengthen our Purchasing Department, we are looking for a motivated and organized Procurement & Logistics Coordinator.
The Role
The selected candidate, in close collaboration with the Purchasing Department Manager, will be responsible for:
- Managing relationships with Italian and international suppliers
- Negotiating prices, commercial conditions, and supply terms
- Issuing purchase orders and monitoring deliveries
- Planning and coordinating international shipments by sea, air, and land
- Verifying customs duties and Incoterms compliance
- Interfacing with forwarding and logistics companies
- Monitoring warehouse stock levels and supply availability
- Supporting daily procurement and logistics operations
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage priorities
- Previous experience in purchasing or logistics is considered a plus, but not mandatory

Your Role & Responsibilities
Join our Team – Caremoli S.p.A. Italy
We are looking for a motivated recent graduate in a STEM field, such as Computer Science or Management Engineering, to support a strategic company-wide digital transformation project.
Working within the project team and closely with senior management and the ERP consultant, the successful candidate will be responsible for data cleansing, master data standardization, and testing new warehouse and production workflows.
Workplace
Nova Milanese (MB), Italy - On-site position
What you will do:
• Cleanse and structure master data, including items, customers, suppliers, and the chart of accounts.
• Validate data accuracy and identify anomalies or duplicate records.
• Support ERP testing and the optimization of operational processes.
Candidate profile
• Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent command of Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Accuracy, a methodical approach, and a problem-solving mindset.
