Job Info / Job Description:
· Develop, implement, and monitor FSMS/QMS in line with FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, and customer requirements.
· Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation including SOPs, Work Instructions, and HACCP plans.
· Participate in internal audits and coordinate third-party audits (FSSAI, Kosher, Halal, Organic, etc.). Monitor GMP, GHP, and hygiene practices on the shop floor.
· Oversee daily incoming, in-process and final product testing for parameters such as moisture, viscosity, pH, ash content, microbial limits, etc.
· Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment (e.g., viscometers, pH meters, moisture analyzers) and ensure traceability throughout the processing.
· Ensure products comply with national and international food safety standards. Support documentation for customer audits and regulatory inspections.
· Maintain MSDS, product specifications, labels, and declarations as required.
· Work closely with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain teams for quality-related activities.
